Are calls recorded and transcribed?
Each call has a recording, a transcript and post-call analysis in call history. You choose how long recordings are kept and can play a recording disclosure at the start of calls.
Do I need to write code?
Not for the agent. You only need endpoints if you want the agent to read or update your own systems during calls, or to receive results by webhook.
